Springtime

The boys are growing very fast. Grady is talking up a storm and is a great big brother. He gives Max lots of hugs and kisses we have had so much fun this spring playing at the new lake house, where Grady had his first fishing trip. Didn't catch much with just a sinker!
Max is growing so fast. He just turned 4 months and is 17 1/2 pounds. He is so happy and is always smiling and giggling, it is just the sweetest sound. He has begun to grab and play with toys and enjoys his jolly jumper. The boys are keeping us very busy and we are all looking forward to a slower pace of life come summer!

Grady has a new bike helmet, courtesy of our next door neighbors. He loves to wear it around the house.

A few weeks ago we went to the Fryeburg Fair, where Grady and his friend Nolan gave some of the tractors a test drive.

We went apple picking a couple of weeks ago, and Grady really enjoyed eating apples. He even shared some pieces of his apple with the back of Daddy's neck.

We played at the corn maze again this year at Sherman farm. This year Grady enjoyed the cornbox much more than last year.

We took a trip to the Cape for Columbus Day weekend, where Grady had a great time playing on the beach and visiting with the Moore side of the family. Thanks to Devanie and the Monahans for hosting us this weekend!

End of the Summer

Grady got a real kick out of shaving with Daddy, now if we can just keep him from eating the shaving cream we would be all set.
The jail at Storyland was a hit, he loved it and didn't want to leave, hope this doesn't become a pattern!
Cousins Chris and Campbell
Yum!
Grady looks so adorable in his new raincoat from Grammie and Grandpa, he was so excited to be out in the rain picking peas his favorite.
Grady had his first canoe ride this summer he had a great time for about 15 minutes!

A Very Busy Summer

We finally made it to Storyland! It was a rainy, uncrowded day and we had a blast. Grady loved the rides but mommy was a little dizzy, those flying shoes are tough!

My little puppy gets his face painted at Day Out With Thomas. He enjoyed all of the activities but was crazy about the bounce house.
During our trip to Camden Grady was lucky enough to explore this giant tractor. He was in his glory.
We spent a day at Fort Rickey, a local petting zoo where he loved playing in the ball pit. He got to feed all sorts of animals and gave some love to a baby goat.

Grandpa's tractor is a little smaller but just as much fun. Grady got to help the boys with wood and pick blueberries his new favorite food!

Grady and I took and afternoon to visit Wes and Jamie at the lake. The boys looked adorable in their matching life vests!

Videos

We've fallen a bit behind on posting videos lately, so here's a bunch of them all at once.

These first two are from a trip to the park back in April. We got up early and had the playground all to ourselves: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5NBTLn4Y7o and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO2-krk1xis

This one is from our trip up to Montreal, also in April. We took Grady to the Biodome, which had a few different climate zones and all kinds of interesting habitats and wildlife to see. He was more interested in the furniture: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07e3qduKOB8

In May we spent an afternoon out on the boat with Grampa Sir and Grammy Stearns. Grady was really enjoying getting dunked over the edge of the boat and splashing in the water: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0Rk66W5_h0

The last one is a video from our hike up to Arethusa Falls. Grady had fun going up and coming down, and Rosie got some much needed exercise. Our goal is to have Grady skipping stones by the end of the summer. He's got a long way to go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QIUhiYh5iE

Potty Training

Grady is still in the very early stages of potty training, but he appears to have figured out that the potty is a great place to get some reading done...
